MAY 25 ENTRY: We all have read Harry Potter and other magical books. This prompt is about creating a magic of your own. Create a spell including the words, the wand motion, the ingredients needed to make it, and what the effects are when cast/drunk/etc. Start off with a little chocolate, Or even a bit more, It always makes life pleasant. Don't forget a pinch of chilli, Because variety is the spice of life. Stir the cauldron then, Four times clockwise, four times otherwise, Not a single more. A clover for good luck, Along with the thinnest slice of a lion's heart, For courage takes you far. Some powdered seed from a young flower, To give hope of rebirth in times dark. Stir the cauldron then, Four times clockwise, four times otherwise, Not a single more. If you wish power infinite, Mind you it can be fatal, Add the ruby red blood, three drops full, From a slain young bull. With it I advise, the tears of an owl wise, Surely five would suffice. If you wish for success unparalleled, You must seek the sweat of a farmer's brow, Hardest worker around, indefatigable. Stir the cauldron then, Four times clockwise, four times otherwise, Not a single more, one last time. Let the potion simmer for five long hours, And then cool it to pour in a flask. But before you take a sip, Close your eyes and say these words aloud, "Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit open your hands to me Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit open your hearts to me Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit open your souls to me Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit lend your power to me " Then without slightest hesitation, take a swig and forever be who you are. |
