How hard would it be to program the Review ID number from the About Review section at the bottom of each review received by a member as a clickable tag?

Currently, a member who wishes to credit their reviewer using the Credit a Reviewer system must go to the Public Review page and then enter the review number into the search box. Yes, I know it's just an extra step ... actually two steps. But it would make crediting so much easier; perhaps more folks would use the system. So much has been done to encourage reviewing itself. Maybe this would encourage more crediting.
