Suggestion Box

I have only been informed of promotions through the "Preferred Authors' Forum"  or weeks later through another member mentioning it. Could there be some more public way of announcing recent promotions, especially so black cases can know? Turning yellow (or blue) is a big step in a member's WDC life, even better than getting a Merit Badge, and since MBs (and awardicons) are displayed publicly at the Hub, perhaps promotions should be as well?

And while I'm on the subject – recording the date of promotion(s) could be a handy feature in a member's Community Recognitions area.
