Just a note that we updated Awardicons with the Bday update so they don't get deleted when you remove an item ... but they also don't exactly have a place to live either. So there's somewhat less guilt, but it's still not a perfect world when it comes to awards that have lost their items...
At the same time, I do still like the badges for WDC official contests... I'm not sure we're quite ready to re-invent that wheel, but perhaps SMs will go that route for them in the future.
