Contest rules:
Do you see "Click the dropnote links for Raffle/Contest details."?
It is the 5 line from the top, directly after "raffle/contest BONANAGANZA!"
and right before the blue underlined "Raffle"
If you click the "Raffle" and "Contest" links the rules and information will be displayed underneath.
