October Novel Prep Challenge

I think many of us have come to the point where we simply want to write (and hey, my background story has just hit 13000 words because I cannot wait to get on with the real one). Also, in my case at least, I am desperately struggling to get stuff done, other stuff, to make sure nothing will get into the way with writing in November. How is everyone else feeling?
