When I first joined the site, my son was 4 months old... so I can definitely relate to not having much time on here! I found that the best way to get reviews and help my writing was to give other people reviews. I had very limited time, but the time I spent reviewing was well spent because I got feedback in return and learned just from reading other amateur or hobby writers. In the process, I made some pretty good friends here too. You may want to give it a try... it worked for me!
