I often accidentally hit the caps lock, even though I don't want to do this because I don't want to yell at people. However, This I do and then I explain about this challenge and let the person or group of persons know that I am not yelling on purpose. The best excuse I can come up with at the moment is I can't see well eyes wide open, or feel well hands close to the keyboard, and am so focused on typing the message, that when I stumble around the keyboard, I don't have awareness of making this mistake. So, I'm not yelling at anyone on purpose or porpoise. If this sounds fishy, then I guess we'll have fish fry.
