If there could be a little thing that pops up on the tab title when you get an IM, up where it says Write On! - Writing.Com, so you know you have it, that would be great. Like Gmail does with new emails or Twitter with new Tweets. I sometimes forget I'm IMing someone and then I feel kind of awkward replying half an hour later because I was doing something on another tab.
