Ribbons Come Undone
Ribbons Come Undone
I lay across an empty sky
My heart among scattered seas
In unrelenting agony I
Find my only choice is run
And on the road I find release
Where Ribbons Come Undone

Lonely wandering forever now
Without blood or pain or need
I never stopped and wondered how
I’d ever seen that I had won
All remaining now is filthy greed
Until Ribbons Come Undone

Wealth and power, a drug of mine
A horrid, mistaken, painful choice
To never be wished on thine
Where blood boils beneath the sun
All I may do is at last rejoice
When My Ribbons Come Undone
