Weekly Goals

I didn't get around to posting what my goals for the week were BUT I did accomplish them.

Long Ridge Writers Group

- Lesson #6 - continue the story or article from #L5
- write a letter to LRWG about the problems with #L6 article and request permission to submit a different piece
LRWG granted permission- used essay The Future's Fathers

- write an introduction / biographical letter to new instructor
- write a letter to him about #L6
- reduce / revise Future's Fathers to fit the length of the assignment.
- read through book The Best of the Magazine Markets for Writers 2014- marked a few listings of interest / potential
(need to finish this one)

Submitted paper & letters via e-mail on Sat May 10th - Making the deadline of may 15th.

I think that I like this e-mail submission process. It's easier, quicker, and a lot cheaper than the post office.
