Why don't you change the forum itself to say that the contest is weekly? It still says "prompts posted daily"... "this is a daily contest"... etc. It might make things easier for you to just change the forum rather than explaining over and over.
"For rules and prizes, please refer to my earlier post or contact (email) me personally." They should be able to refer to the forum... right? Just seems like a good idea.
