Horror, Inc Presents: SCREAMS!!!

I just found this contest last week and I want you guys to know I enjoyed entering it. I think it is fair for you to get yourself together before you start judging. Just a suggestion. It might be fun to have a prompt for people to work on and see if the amount of people entering still will increase. You do not even have to have a date for judging have it open then when you are ready to judge just announce when people can do a final edit or post. Even though you need to work on the page you can post the prompt in this forum or the newsletter or the public news feed.One downfall though of totally shutting down is there is a chance you will loose people because they may start other projects and do other things. On the other hand if you have an open ended prompt even if you need to shut down for a month or more people have a project to work on and it will just give the writers more to time to write.
