Two stories in the bank for this week, with the possibility of a third, if I can get my butt in gear today and tomorrow.
Haven't worked much on the novel, but I've gone over it for editing and revision purposes a million times by now. And I'm thinking it may not need more than what's already in it. Sixty-seven thousand words is a good length for a debut urban fantasy novel, right?
I'm thinking that I may just leave the novel alone for the next few weeks. After trying to edit what turned out to be two novels down by 20,000 words I'm pretty fried on the novel. Again. The second novel isn't even a blip on my radar just yet. But I do think dividing my 495-page 120,000 words novel into two was a sensible idea. I think it works better this way. Or I hope it does.
I hope everyone's had good luck with their goals, this week.
