Weekly Goals

Ouch!

Forgot we were having house guests from Minnesota in this week. Not good when trying to concentrate. Plus, being a gracious host to members of my wife's side of the family (think of Jack Nicholson's exaggerated "The Joker" smile in Batman; that was me) was mentally draining. Anyway, they took off on Thursday, which enabled me to finish "Transition"  for "Invalid Item" .

My last two stories have been fantasy (for me, anyway) efforts; am trying to write more in that genre. Didn't get any further with "Monty's Back" and I just emailed him and told him to count on it by the end of the month, so I'd better get cracking...

So, I'll take it. Could have been a disaster (it usually is) but it worked out just the same...
