TrackingB is a relatively well-known contest. It's younger and less prestigious than something like, say, The Nicholl Fellowship, but I know several writers who have placed in TrackingB and they seem generally happy with what they received for winning. I know about two-thirds of the people on the panel and they are all active industry executives and reps. Hope this helps!
