Weekly Goals

My grandkids came in from Wyoming, sooooo.....

Some of my list went out the window. I hadn't even seen two of the kids and the nine year old I hadn't seen since he was four.

Of my list I ...

did two batches of pie filling
half batch of canned apples
got more sugar

ALSO two of my grandchildren helped me pick more apples and tomatoes from my garden. I also gave them a pumpkin to take home to Wyoming.

I washed and dried the Dracula cape and gave it to Damian (grandson)
I did the laundry load

I did one review
I didn't write a skateboard scene, I did something more fun... I got to read three chapters to the star of the novel, my grandson Damian, and his siblings. They liked it!!!
I did more editing on it as I watched their reactions.

I didn't vacuum my floor BUT I did walk on the beach, flew kites with my grandchildren, and helped to build a sand castle!
I did do breathing treatments
I also babysat my grandkids while mom and dad got to have a motel room of their own for a break.

So not sure if you think I get the bonus or not, but the things I swapped out for are priceless. I'm on my way to get my pictures developed and then I'm going to work on novel. I may or may not do some sanding on the stairwell, those kids wore me out. lol

I got my new walker and it worked on the beach just fine, the tide was going out so the sand was packed and I got a lot of walking in.

This has been a wonderful two days.
