I think what happened was, you tried several times to log the assignments, and on at least one series of entries, you used "entry" instead of "item". That was likely a troubleshooting tactic, but then it confused the log, because it didn't know which to report. I went in and deleted all your repeated entries and left only the original entries, and it seems to be linking properly now. Would you check again for me?
