Vibrant Text 'n Image Shop [Open]

I think I have a GC or 2 to redeem and I'd like to get a cool text image of a quote for my "Roots & Wings Contest"  page. I have the quote there now, but I'd like it to be a little more dynamic.

I'm not sure which font to use. I want it to fit in with the font I used for the section headers, but I want it to also be different enough that it stands alone. I'm also NOT a visual person, so it's hard for me to visualize how it will look. So, that said, feel free to use your artistic talent to make it work. I currently have the color as maroon. That color is fine, but if you think a different color would look better there,(like maybe navy since the banner is blue?) we can try it.

Anyway, I'm thinking the wedding font or yesteryear. I want it to say:

Let me know what I owe over and above the outstanding GC's I have.
