Goals: I'll spend at least eight hours getting ready to teach my course beginning Monday. I have a book to read - Symbolism in Terrorism - and write a review of it. Still, I'm going to spend six hours this week rewriting my novel and reading an hour a day for pleasure. That should keep me busy.
What happened: I spent considerable more getting ready to teach Monday. A new online tool took a lot of time to learn and set up. Rewriting the book became the victim. I'm ready to teach, I read on the Symbolism book, read four chapters of Manuscript Makeover, worked on five flash fiction pieces and threw them away. I'll start over Monday.
Not a good week for the novel, but I'm ready to do the job I'll get paid for.
