This sounds interesting! What kind of structure do you mean? Scene structure?

What kind of criminals are they and how do they get captured? Also, what sort of emotions are you wanting to convey to readers?

Will it be only through the viewpoint of the police, or will you switch back and forth between police and criminals? Or maybe it's only through the viewpoint of the bad guys.

I guess it depends on what feeling you're going for. I'd love to hear more about this!
