I have the answer for you all.


The odd one out was 'Fold'. The reason is that all the others are contranyms. A contranym is a word which has two meanings that are antonyms of each other.

Dust can mean to remove dust (as in cleaning), but it can also mean to add dust (as in to dust a cake).

Clip can mean to attach something to something else (as in he clipped on his badge), but it can also mean to remove something (he clipped the video footage).

Custom can mean something that is commonly done (as in, 'it is customary to do...'), but it can also mean something that is unique, one-off and made-to-order (as in a custom guitar).

Off can mean to stop and deactivate (as in turn off the television), but it can also mean to start (as in to set off to your destination).

Fold, however, may have multiple meanings but none of them are antonyms of each other.
