Chart all food and beverages on MyFitnessPal DONE


Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. ALWAYS
Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
