The Hub

Matt, I think we're going to see steampunk light up the young adult genre in the coming years, in both books and movies. It's still kind of "cultish" right now, but I can see it catching on.

That's my prediction.

(For the record, I've read the Hunger Games series, and the Maze Runner books, and many, many other YA books besides. I'm finding YA literature is getting out of romance, and is taking on a darker tone, which is fine by me. The Cinder series reintroduced cyborgs, but it is still dystopic. I think we are going to see more robots emerge before too long, especially with the re-emergence of Star Wars in the coming year.)
