Welcome to Writing.Com, Charlotte Wilde . I've no doubt you'll find WDC a good fit for you. Just get involved. I think you've taken at least two of the three steps toward forming a network. You've completed your BioBlock on your main Portfolio page and you've posted your first item. Consider filling out your Biography tab (the third tab in your Port). That's where you get specific about your writing styles, likes, dislikes and just about anything else you care to add. Other members can find you by searching for similar things you posted. They may then contact you. Or, if you find other members who have listed similar interests, you can start a dialogue with them. Show others you are willing to return reviews or emails when they do the same for you. Above all, be positive when dealing with others. I'm certain that's nothing new to you.
