Weekly Goals

Nearly forgot to pop in here!

So this week's goals are not what I thought they would be. I was asked to do some community service by taking on the job of historian for my church group! Whew... I'm not social or handy with a camera, so this should be interesting. I'm supposed to get pictures of major activities, assemble a newsletter, and keep track of major events in the lives of the 200+ member congregation. Talk about a major undertaking!

In light of this, I'm going to have to make a major change to my blogging schedule. I have to shift from posting M, W, F to only T, Th. That should give me time enough to attend and document more of the activities. No one has had this position before (though it should have been handled from the start), so I'm looking at a blank slate and need to come up with all the schedules, necessary connections, and precedents. I feel like I'm sailing into uncharted territory.

Anyways, that big decision is already made. Time to work on it! Now I also need to get into my drafting. I was hoping to have my first draft of my historic hotel collection finished by the end of this month, but I've been set back by getting a new job and needing to settle in.
