Ah... Non technical problems, such as general writing questions, are best to go in the aptly named "Non-Technical Support Forum" ... I particularly don't mind where exactly posts end up, except that people who are technical follow the tech support forum and I think some others who aren't, but can help with general non-tech writing questions follow that forum. Thus, folks will end up with the best and most helpful responses posting in the forums followed by the right folks.
Still, how to write isn't a newbie question... plenty of longer time WDC members still have the same question. *chuckle*
