2) Continue listing foods on myFitnessPal.com AlWAYS
3) Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
4) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
5) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. Psychotherapy11 AM Monday ALWAYS
6) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
