My Update for Goals for Week Ending 4/10/2015

1) Get book published on CreateSpace and kindle. BOTH ALMOST FINISHED
2) work to learn active verbs and stronger sentence structure.CARRY OVER
3) Do usual chores around apartment ONGOING
4) Get out and walk at least 3 times this week and continue doing simple exercises daily. CARRY OVER
5) Continue charting foods and beverages on MyFitnessPal.com ALWAYS
6) Continue Spring cleaning. CARRY OVER
7) Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
8) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
9) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it.ALWAYS
10) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
