I'd like a NEW emoticon. I have an item to which I add to a list of rules. I'd like a clear, colorful way of alerting readers that a rule is new, freshly added. A bright red star (or spikey blob) with "New" in white letters would produce the effect I'm looking for. There are other such lists around WDC that could benefit from such an emoticon.
