Hmmm, I just tested FF 38 and when I right-click on something like "Email", it opens into a new tab... not the same one. That seems to work as expected for me -- also in Chrome. But I'll make a note that it's not working correctly for you though and tack it to the bug list... Sorry for the trouble!
