Yes, this place can be confusing and very overwhelming!! Don't feel bad...I think everyone experiences that at first. Take your time and know that you'll eventually get a good feel for the site. There are so many helpful, friendly, and supportive people here that are willing to help you, so don't be afraid to ask questions either publicly or privately of anyone

A couple really great newbie forums are "Invalid Item"  and "Invalid Item" . You can ask questions and learn a lot at these forums, so I highly recommend you join
