Just a basic intro and some questions

Hello everyone my name is AJ and I just signed up for this website because I needed to share my ideas to a community as great as this one, so I want you guys to take my ideas with a grain of salt and see how you like my future stories!

Age - 15
Interests - Anime, games, and computers
Writing Style - Fictional Narrative with some author X narrator conversation (meaning if the narrator says something the author might rebuttal with a witty retort or something)
On to my question
Can you edit a piece of work once it is published for review?
