Check the links on top of this forum's page and get yourself acquainted with the site.
If you are as new to writing as you say you are, try writing a few pieces and see how it goes. In writing.com there is a teaching group, called the Horizons Academy. You can enroll there for whichever course you wish to take. Or just read and write and see where it takes you. You'll never know until you try.
I hope you'll enjoy writing as much as I and others here do.
