Hello, agent503. Welcome to Writing.com. I'd be happy to assist you. Have you checked out "Writing.Com 101" ? In there you will find clear descriptions on most of the basic aspects to WDC.
My suggestion is to go through the list and try each one. Start with item creation. Then go to the section about setting up your bio.
