Noticing Newbies

I have become a fan of fantasy novels and short stories over the past little while, Neil Gaiman, George RR Martin and Ray Bradbury being among my favorites. Although I am a university graduate my degree is in business not writing, but I have always been an avid of novels and plays, reading everything from Homer, not Simpson, lol, to Fleming, as in Ian...Ian Fleming....get the Bond reference...lol...Several years ago I took a creative writing course offered by a recreation dept. of a city I used to live in. I have also read a few books on creative writing. After a few failed attempts to start a manuscript beyond the planning stage I have now finished a manuscript and am currently rewriting it for the third time. I will be entering, chapter by chapter my novel in my portfolio. I welcome all constructive comments. Please note the material is for only those 18+.
