Noticing Newbies

Hello, everyone!

My name is Lesley. I've been registered here about six months ago but haven't written anything yet. Well, it's high time to change it, no? :)

Frankly speaking, the interface of Writing.com looks a bit confusing for me. I still can't reveal all features and continue getting lost here while trying to find a place to submit my writings, blog posts, forum thread, etc. But as they say, learn to creep before you leap, so... Adding a new item to the forum to introduce myself would be a good start, I suppose.

I am a writer. Well, everyone who writes call themselves writers, don't they? I am experienced in blog writing actually: I contribute to many blogs and business websites, sharing my thoughts and doing research in some niches for them. I am a content strategist of Bid4Papers, and I am writing about Internet marketing, content marketing, blogging, freelance writing, education, academic writing, etc. I tried writing fiction and poems, but my only audience were my friends. I never thought of publishing my fiction novels, but I believe it's high time to change that, so I work on writing my first e-book at the moment.
