Welcome to Writing.com, Mattias. I am attempting NaNo again this year too. I've only met my goal once, but the attempt always encourages me to commit to writing daily, which is more rewarding than the win (although I am hoping to make it to 50K this year!) I love reading Sci-fi so I will follow your progress in NaNo.
