You might want to visit "Writing.Com 101" , which is a great resource for an overview of WDC!
I would then start exploring the site using the Community menu in the navigation tools on the left-hand side. The links in this section will take you to the public review page, so you can see how people craft their reviews, it also has contest and activity listings and just sort of the nuts and bolts of the site. It really is a matter of poking around and then diving in when you feel like you're ready. I would also check out the ports of other members around the site.
