Hi Tina!

Welcome to WDC!

Sounds like you have a rich and full life! I think your animals and your love of nature is a good place to start drawing inspiration for your writing!! I'll bet even your work, maybe colleagues, provides you with an adventure or two to draw from as well.

Good luck pursuing your dream! I know you will find many resources here. There are a plethora of groups to become involved in but I highly recommend the Newbie activities. They are great and will definitely help you "stretch your wings".
