Noticing Newbies

Hi I just thought I would drop by and say hello. I am definitely a newbie or "noob" (to quote my son )when it comes to writing. I have been a very avid reader for most of my 43 years. I think my wife would consider me addicted. After all these years of reading I finally thought "heck I can do that" and started my first serious project. Wish be luck. I look forward to sharing my journey with you along the way.

Btw: I have already done my first review (Yay!). But, what are gift points used for?
