I used the webcam on my laptop and uploaded it to YouTube (if you have a Google account you basically already have a YouTube account). I wanna say the program on my old laptop was MovieMaker...whatever the machine came with preloaded. And it was super easy getting it on YouTube...the Upload button is on the upper-righthand corner. Click it, select the file, and set it up...not much different than creating a WDC item. And then posting it to WDC is just like embedding a music video in a static item or blog entry.
