Noticing Newbies

I had wanted to join last year, but chickened out. I finally decided to give it a try. I want to see how writers other than the small and "safe" writing group I belonged to will view my writing. I love this and have started dabbling in Poetry, despite taking a strong dislike to it after Catholic grammar school!

I am a retired dog groomer looking to get back into some type of work other than grooming. The money will keep me in paper, ink for the printer and oodles of luxurious yarn! Crocheting and knitting are my other creative outlets. Wine and chocolate are my addictions!
