Size fetish is popular for those first two reasons, and because there's not enough good content out there. People like the imaginative quality of size change, and that's something you can capture in any medium, but you don't have to be an artist to make it sexy. People with a good handle on writing can come here, throw out some weird and sexy ideas they were having, and boom. it's out there for the whole world.
