I'm new, please help me find an idea for my ebook!

I am looking to write a 60-80 page eBook that is non-fiction and not related to writing, in the self help or how-to categories. It needs to be a. practical and appealing to readers, and b. able to make passive income. Any help you could provide would be great! :)
