Just noting that it doesn't require scrolling for everybody. It would only be an issue on small screens.
If it's faster, you could set up the random review URL as a browser favorite and access it that way. You'd need to copy/paste the URL using the Add Page function in the browser's Manage Bookmarks page. https://www.writing.com/main/tools/action/random_review
