That is awesome, Jay . I also get excited when someone pick up some piece from my port and feature it in the newsletter. I think everyone like that feeling. Did you know that you can submit an item of yours by yourself for consideration? Next time you receive any newsletter you subscribed for, read it and scroll down to the bottom. You will see don't be shy! Write into this newsletter and right below that there's a space where you can provide item id number. It can be your own writing or someone else's that you think is great for that specific newsletter. This will give you chance to be featured in the next newsletter again. However, they have a lot of submissions and it's not for sure it'll be highlighted but, like I said, there's a chance.

Of course, if you subscribed to horror newsletter you won't submit romance story to it . If you want to check out more about WdC's official newsletters click to writing resources-->newsletters in the left navigational menu. In that area you can manage subscriptions, you can submit an item (yours or someone else's) to any newsletter (just keep the item related to specific newsletter), you can also leave feedback and questions for editors.
