Noticing Newbies

Hi there!

Welcome to WDC! I hope you are enjoying it. You have come to the perfect place to get feedback, honest opinion about your writing. Over the last five years, I have had a lot of reviews and feedback that helped me improve. Now that I look back at what I had written five years ago, I can clearly see a difference. I am sure it will help you too!

When I first joined WDC, I, too, felt uncomfortable and nervous reviewing others. I wasn't sure what I should write and what I should not. So what I did was started with small reviews, adding things that I felt and liked or disliked in the story/poem I was reading. I also started visiting the review pages and saw how people did their reviews that made me realise that everyone reviews differently and so I can do too! That's how my reviewing style grew into the one that I have now . Hopefully, after a few months, you will start reading and leaving feedback for others too. Everyone here is quite friendly and we don't bite!
