Noticing Newbies

I have wrote for years, just scribbles is what I assumed. But, here lately, I've been encouraged and built up in my writing instead of torn down. I am trying to broaden my writing style, I feel some of my literature is repetitive. I am open to constructive criticism, whether good or bad, ( just plz have some couth whenever possible) I strive to learn something from everyone I come into contact with, that includes here. So, if anyone has any pointers on how I can freshen my writing, plz do tell. Looking forward to learning about some proficient authors here and sharing what small amount if knowledge I have!
