I would have to agree with fingers being the best tickle tool. Fingers allow for more dexterity than brushes or feathers, as well as a wider variety of pressures. There's also the tactile connection of feeling the ticklee's skin reacting to your touch.

If we're asking about positions the lee is in... I do like it when they're stretched out: arms over her head to tease inner arms and leisurely tickle smooth, vulnerable underarms. Not to mention an exposed midriff as well- a soft tummy that flinches and quivers under gliding, exploring fingertips; sides that wiggle back and forth but can't get away; hips that jump with each little stroke and soft pinch. Teasing her at first with gentle tickles that hunt for weak spots that are exquisitely ticklish, then impishly swirling and taunting there. But I could go for any tickling that exposes those kind of spots.
